Before the scan begins, our experienced NHS-qualified Sonographers will carry out a full well-being check to confirm your baby’s development and position, giving you peace of mind and reassurance.

Preparing for your 4D Scan

Stay Well Hydrated: Clear images depend on good fluid around your baby. We recommend drinking two extra glasses of water per day for at least a week before your scan.
Dress Comfortably: Loose clothing helps ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.
Bring Your Pregnancy Notes: If available, please bring them along to help our Sonographers provide the most accurate assessment.

*If we are unable to capture clear images during your appointment, we’ll gladly offer a free rescan at a later date.
